YOUR NEW CHALLANGE 

As Team Leader Supply Chain Center, you will be supporting the workstreams within the Supply Chain (Order Management, Materials Management, Purchasing, Production Planning, Transport Management, Foreign Trade, Waste Management) with your leadership skills and knowledge. You are ensuring that the product will arrive at the right time and coordinate storage, product and deliver in compliance with our quality and safety standards, and outstanding performance in operational excellence. You will support the Belgium location where needed in operational tasks.

Your key tasks will be:

• Professional and disciplinary leadership of SCC Team
• Continuous Improvements of the Multi-Skilled Teams Concept and bringing the team to the next level.
• Conduct regular meetings and ensure reporting structure based on financial reporting, KPI's and projects.
• Implementation and further develop of our Fundaments within Supply Chain: Lead Time optimization, Inventory Reduction & variance Program, Production (planning) optimization / asset utilization, Foreign Trade and SAP developments
• Ensure continuous improvement (i.e., through Lean) Supply Chain fields.
• You will be responsible to provide training and processing guidance for your Team.
• With your Job expertise and experience, you will guide your Team to the right solution for our clients using your capability to think in end-to-end processes rather than silo optimization and you will self-empower your Team to find solutions by themselves.
• Comply and ensure compliance of the Management Integrated System (MIS) (quality, environment, health and safety) regulations.

your competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Foreign Trade or similar educational background
• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position
• Fluent in Dutch and advanced English skills
• Good knowledge in MS Office and SAP S/4HANA
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a team player with customer and service orientation
• Leadership skills which make the difference in our adaptive and agile working environment
• Proactivity and goal-oriented focus
• Ability to work on differing tasks, meet deadlines when under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Enjoy working in an international company
